一名澳洲用户称设备到手约6小时、开合不到20次，突然听到清晰的咔嚓声，屏幕随即沿铰链裂开，内屏表面与外部铰链均无磕碰或夹痕，他前往Apple Store后苹果直接为其更换了故障机。
“心心念念抢到的苹果新手机，开合几次屏幕怎么就裂了？”上海市民张女士也向媒体反映，自己在商场购买的最新款iPhone Duo折叠机，开合没几次，内屏竟然出现两道明显的裂痕。
张女士告诉记者，前几天，她在网上预约到了苹果新款iPhone Duo夜空色手机，实付17999元。
拿到新机不到一天，在没有摔落，没有用力弯折，只是正常展开手机的情况下，屏幕碎了。
随后，张女士返回苹果门店提出要退换手机。店员表示，不能确认是否属于“人为”损坏，因而无法直接办理退换，需按相关流程，将手机寄回苹果公司，鉴定折痕是否人为所致。现场工作人员还告知张女士，如果她购买了Apple Care+，维修价格会低很多；未购买该服务，一旦被鉴定为人为损坏，维修费用将更高。

另据了解，在苹果首款折叠 iPhone Duo开售首日（10月23日），苹果公司同步上线官方自助维修手册与配套支持文档。
在配套官方支持文档中，如果苹果售后检测确认非人为导致，将会给用户更换新机。
如果是人为磕碰导致问题则要自己付费维修，按照官网的公示，未购买AppleCare+时内屏损坏保外维修预估7998元，购买后内屏及意外损坏服务费为628元。
